A Message from the Antelope Meadows Property Owners Association Board of Directors

Welcome to Antelope Meadows Property Owners Association, where community thrives and friendships flourish. Nestled in the heart of Prescott Valley, Arizona, our neighborhood offers a serene and picturesque backdrop for rural living. We are surrounded by Mingus Mountain to the East, Granite Mountain to the West, Bradshaw Mountains to the South and Bill Williams Mountain to the North. We hope you’ll enjoy the gorgeous sunrises, sunsets and occasional Pronghorn.

Why Choose Antelope Meadows?

Community Spirit: At Antelope Meadows, we believe in the power of community. Our community members are respectful, kind, and come together to build meaningful connections and create lifelong memories.

Exceptional Location: Conveniently located in Prescott Valley, our neighborhood provides easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation opportunities. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the tranquility of rural living and the amenities of a growing town.

Quality Living: Prescott Valley, Arizona, is often considered a desirable place to live for several reasons. Here are some factors that contribute to its quality of living:

  • Scenic Beauty: Prescott Valley is in the high desert region of northern Arizona, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, including mountains, forests, and lakes. The area is known for its picturesque views and outdoor recreational opportunities, which can enhance residents’ quality of life.
  • Climate: The climate in Prescott Valley is relatively mild compared to other parts of Arizona. Summers are warm but not as extreme as in lower desert areas like Phoenix, and winters are mild with occasional snowfall. This climate can be appealing to those who prefer four distinct seasons without the extreme temperatures of some other desert regions.
  • Community Atmosphere: Prescott Valley has a strong sense of community, with various events, festivals, and recreational activities throughout the year. The town also offers amenities such as parks, shopping centers, and restaurants, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Safety: Like many smaller towns in Arizona, Prescott Valley typically has lower crime rates compared to larger urban areas. This can contribute to a sense of safety and security for residents and families.
  • Healthcare and Education: Prescott Valley has access to healthcare facilities and educational institutions, including schools, community colleges, and libraries. These resources are essential for residents’ well-being and personal development.
  • Proximity to Larger Cities: Although Prescott Valley is a smaller town, it is conveniently located near larger cities like Prescott and Flagstaff, as well as the Phoenix metropolitan area. This proximity allows residents to access additional amenities, employment opportunities, and cultural attractions within a reasonable driving distance.

Dedicated Board: Our Board of Directors works tirelessly to ensure that Antelope Meadows remains a desirable place to live. With a focus on transparency, communication, and community involvement, they strive to meet the needs of our residents and foster a sense of belonging without being too intrusive but upholding the governing documents.

Community Manager: While our association is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the community to manage and oversee the duties of the association as instructed by the governing documents we have contracted with HOAMCO to assist in the day-to-day operations of Antelope Meadows Property Owners Association. HOAMCO operates strictly based on the direction of the Board of Directors.
